Business Hours

Our business hours are available on our website at www.TCFNursery.com, on our Google business listing, and through our phone system at 732-521-5691. Please note that hours are subject to change monthly.

Pricing, Quotes & Orders

Pricing & Availability:

Due to fluctuating market values and availability, Tidbury Creek Farms reserves the right to adjust prices both online and on location. We are not responsible for any catalog misprints. Please call to confirm pricing and availability.

Quotes:

All inquiries must be sent via email to sales@tcfnursery.com or via fax to 732-656-4280. Include details such as:

  • Requested pick-up/delivery date.
  • Species, cultivar, size, and quantity (example: 75 Boxwood ‘Wintergem’ 15–18")
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to crop availability at time of purchase.

Special Orders:

Non in-stock items may require a 50% deposit. Confirm in-stock plant material no later than 24 hours before pick-up.

Promotions:

Tidbury Creek Farms offers quarterly promotions and specials. To join our email or mailing list, contact sales@tcfnursery.com.

Pictures:

  • Availability: Picture requests are accommodated based on availability and prioritized for established clients.
  • Peak Seasons: Delays may occur during spring and fall peak seasons. Photos are provided only for items requiring specific height measurements.
  • On-Site Preview: We encourage sending a company representative to preview plant material in person. Note: Retail customers are not permitted on-site and will be turned away.

Tagging Plant Material:

  • Appointments: Allow 24 hours to schedule appointments for marking plant material. Many farms are not in close proximity to the main sales yard.
  • Deposits: A deposit or full payment is required for items tagged by special request, including those that need to be dug.
  • Tagged items cannot be held for longer than 14 days.
  • Deposits for these items are non-refundable.

Pick-Up Services and Availability:

  • Order Processing: Services and availability are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on when requests are received.
  • Delays: Expect loading delays during peak spring and fall seasons or on inclement weather days.
  • Order Confirmation: Drivers must bring a copy of the requested order when arriving for pick-up.

Payment:

  • Payment Timing: Payment is required at the time of pick-up unless you have an established good-standing credit account. No exceptions.
  • Payment Methods: Checks are subject to third-party approval and must be for date of purchase. No exceptions.
  • We accept VISA and MasterCard.
  • Taxes: The current NJ sales tax rate will apply to all gross sales unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is provided at the time of sale. Exemption certificates are subject to approval.

Deliveries:

  • Full Truckloads Only: Deliveries are available only for full truckloads. Please contact us in advance to secure your desired delivery date.
  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the delivery date, and the remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
  • Rescheduling: Due to limited availability of in-house trucks and drivers, rescheduling your delivery may result in delays. Adhering to scheduled appointment times is essential.

Important Notes for Deliveries:

  • Trucks must be unloaded promptly. Additional fees will apply if wait time exceeds two hours at the job site.
  • Customers must have the necessary equipment and crew ready to unload.
  • Freight is non-refundable if unloading is not prepared properly.
  • Restocking fees may apply if items need to be returned to inventory.

Returns:

  • Reporting & Timing: Any returns must be reported immediately and completed within 24 hours to ensure the quality of perishable materials. Returns are subject to approval.
  • Exclusions: Plant material that has been mishandled or damaged during transportation will not be credited.

Warranty:

  • No Warranty Policy: Tidbury Creek Farms is a wholesale nursery and sell exclusively to landscape contractors, garden centers, and other industry professionals. It is the sole responsibility of purchaser to ensure proper handling, transportation planning and ongoing care of all living material once it leaves our facility. We do not guarantee the survival or performance of plants after they are picked up or delivered.
